In February of 2024, we signed with Derrick Hill, Teleshield USA for account cleanup and
recurring account maintenance with our cellular data/phone line plans.
The first month he saved us hundreds of dollars off our bill, and each month since then he
has provided us more and more savings. He seeks out our needs, reviews our plan, makes
us aware of upgrades and changes.
The pressure of maintaining this account regularly has been removed from my job
responsibilities, giving me the opportunity to focus on other important projects.

Working with Derrick at Teleshield has been a game changer. I appreciate the good coverage our cell phone carrier has, but it's incredibly confusing to figure out their constant upgrade offers, benefits, and plans. I never had time to keep up with the constant changes. Originally, 10 years ago, I had customer service reps who had time for me, time to explain things, and time to be sure we were getting good value for our money. That changed as everything became more complicated, customer service reps were pressured to sell and had no time for customer service, and I was often told that I could just go online and make the changes myself. I wasn't comfortable with all of the legalese, and the hundreds of choices on the website. Now, I just contact Derrick. I trust him, and Teleshield to do the best for us. Derrick reviewed our account, and we've saved a substantial amount on our monthly cell phone bill. I get a monthly phone call, and we review, and update if it works for us. I am confident that we are getting a great value for our money.

TeleShield is an awesome new company that has really helped our large landscape business get on top of managing our Verizon account. We have about 70 devices and they were all on various data and voice plans. We couldn't keep it straight. TeleShield was able to analyze our bill and cut out features and services that we didn't need and they save us about 20% on our monthly bill. Great communication and service. I started working with Derrick when he was our representative with the cell phone company we use. His service was so outstanding that we followed him to Teleshield. Teleshield reviews our account on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations to save us money regularly.
